Course information

The QA Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) qualification is designed for individuals who wish to act as an emergency first aider in their workplace.  Upon successful completion, candidates will be equipped with the essential skills needed to give safe, prompt and effective first aid in emergency situations.

The course will cost £45.00 and includes lunch, full payment must be made in advance.

University staff members attending the course must supply a cost code from an authorised signatory such as the head of school/unit stating that your department will cover the course fees. 

NOTE: In the event of you failing to attend the course and/or notifying us less than 48 hours prior will result in EHSS/CHASE retaining all fees paid.

Aims and objectives

Learners will develop the skills and knowledge need to deal with a range of first aid related situations.
