Course information

Relationships can be messy, wonderful, and everything in between. In this workshop, we’ll explore how our early experiences shape the way we connect with others, drawing on Attachment Theory to make sense of our present communication patterns.ÌýÌý

You’ll also learn practical tools to set healthy boundaries, manage difficult emotions, and repair ruptures when things go wrong— so you can approach relationships with more confidence and clarity.Ìý
