Key details: This online workshop has been developed for all those who are curious about neurodiversity: what it means, whether it relates to you, and what to do if you think you might be.
Course information
We will look at some of the main definitions and the ways in which people are impacted, and we will suggest ways to support your continued exploration of who you are, and what you need to thrive. There will be opportunity for you to consider your own experiences and perhaps share a little of your thoughts, but there is no expectation or scope for you to share your story in this session and you can opt to participate actively or passively depending on your needs and comfort level.
