Are you find it hard to get started with work? Feeling overwhelmed or bogged down? Paralysed at the thought of an empty page or a full inbox? We aim to help you understand why you procrastinate, and what you can do about it.Ìý

This workshop covers:
•Ìý Ìý The three types of procrastination
•Ìý Ìý Getting started
•Ìý Ìý Staying focused
•Ìý Ìý Dealing with difficulty
•Ìý Ìý Building your own motivationÌý
•Ìý Ìý Your personal procrastination problem solver

This will be a 60 minute presentation finishing with a sample exercise, followed by a 15 minute Q&A session.Ìý
